6P done. I've decided against the dvd for now. When I read through the circuits, I felt like it was more bells and whistles JM so I will revisit what I already have once 6P is finished.

Ah yes, that makes sense. I might do a six week programme of a different JM dvd a day, and do those same five every week. That would give an all over workout and cardio.

I got my 8km walk in earlier too.

I've not done anything today. I had a new freezer delivered to go in the pantry so I had to sort out a lot of stuff and therefore can't be arsed.

I don’t blame you. I thought it was cooler today after it drizzled all morning so I went for a run. Opening the car door was like stepping into a sauna.

I had to go and collect A from his friend’s house. I’m not sure I would have made it otherwise.

It's been too hot to do anything although today I appear to have done 12, 306 steps and 18 mile bike ride.

Well done! I’ve given up on anything strenuous until the weather breaks but I did just take L on a geocache maintenance trip.

I got out on my bike again today. I had to test my new tyres so did 12 miles.

Well done! I need to get back into this. I've been cycling a lot recently. Did 20 miles yesterday and hopefully I'll be out again tomorrow if the weather allows but I really do need to get some Jillian in my life.

I’m struggling to find time for running, cycling and Jillian. If only someone would pay me to exercise instead of work.
