Wow! That must have been so difficult to cover in fondant! I tried to do 4 layers for J's and had to get rid of one layer as I couldn't do it. Well done!

When it comes to chocolate cake I rarely deviate from Nigella's old fashioned chocolate cake recipe, but I'm planning a cylindrical 3D sloth cake - does anyone have a chocolate cake recipe I should be considering instead that might be better for high stacking/light carving?
