Gorgeous kitties!
I nearly adopted an elderly cat called Derek at the weekend but it was not to be - when I phoned up they’d already taken an application on him. It’s not really the right time for me to get a cat anyway, but secretly I was very disappointed.

It’s like a normal midlife crisis only with more chandeliers and foreign languages.

Oh, he has beautiful cream eyeliner! Shame for you, but nice that he will be going to a (hopefully!) good home.

Ah, he's missed out, Rosy. I hope his new home is lovely and you find the right cat for you when you're ready.

Sunday morning snuggles on his five year gotcha day
My box troll cat who lived in the sofa the first few days and who the CPL were going to catch and euthanize as supposedly he was feral
He is the least feral cat I have ever met
The white one is at the bottom of the bed sulking as he got prime position

Here's the white one looking very disdainful at us
During lockdown she was diagnosed with diabetes and is now on insulin twice a day
She'll be 10 in November
Thank you Beatrix he really rescued me at a horrible stressful time at work
