Well done! It sounds a bit more than just easing yourself in!

I’ve had a sore throat all day so abandoned plans for ripped. I’m hoping to feel better enough to run tomorrow.

Your sore throat doesn't sound great. Is it viral, do you think? I hope you feel better tomorrow.

Thanks. I think it’s related to the cold A kindly brought home from school.

How's the throat today, Tex?

I did NMTZ as I did yesterday with one round of every circuit rather than both rounds and I got in a 30km bike ride this evening.

Throat’s not so bad thanks. I did 5K today although my chest was hurting a bit towards the end. I reckon it is just the tail end of a cold.

Well done on NMTZ. I have managed to get a Sainsburys delivery tomorrow rather than having to actually go so I should have more energy for ripped.

That's good. Well done for your run despite being a bit under par.

Well done to both of you! I hope you're both feeling better.

I have missed yesterday and today, thanks to a poorly baby and some rubbish nights sleep, but I'm back on it tomorrow. I did do a 5 mile walk, while carrying said baby, so I haven't been completely lazy.

Still doing level 1, though a mix of following Anita and Natalie. The one exercise I really struggle with, is the side lunge with shoulder raise, I just can not get through the second set properly, and I want to do it before moving up to the next level.

That is the worst move of the whole thing.

I have the same move in NMTZ. I hate side lunging because of my tight adductors :flirt:

It’s worse in NMTZ. You step into the lunges.

I realised the other day, that I was leaning forward, not keeping my back straight, I was obviously trying to get my arms up to eye level by totally cheating!

Well done! Hard but effective.

I took a break from Jillian today as I wanted to get out on my bike so I did a 25km bike ride then a 14km walk.

Well done!I need to look out my other DVDs. One is definitely lost, because 30DS was in the wrong case.

That's so impressive, Disco!

I did day 20 of 30DS yesterday, then did a 8km walk up a hill, while carrying Conchie, so I'm hoping that's helped my fitness levels a bit!

I also realised I'm bored of level 1 now, so today was D1L2.

Well done Rhod. L2 is the worst I think.

I’m really struggling with getting back into an exercise routine. It’s mostly due to having to stay at A’s football training due to the COVID rules, that’s when I would normally run. It doesn’t affect Jillian workouts but I’m finding it all a bit demoralising.

Well done Rhod. L2 is the worst too, I think so I am not feeling envious.

That's annoying that you have to hang around at the football. Are you able to run around the pitch?!

NMTZ done today as with the other days just 1 round of each circuit. Next week I will be doing both rounds of each circuit unless I manage to get some bike rides in too - weather permitting.

I did a 27.3km bike ride yesterday.

That's really annoying you have to stay, what are their reasons for not letting parents leave? In case a child suddenly shows symptoms?

I think the weather is meant to be quite rainy next week, but hopefully that will change and you'll get a couple of bike rides in.

In case a child needs first aid which has to be administered by a parent.

That's fair enough, but still very annoying, when you're used to going for a run during that time.

I'm pissed off this morning. I was just on the last cardio of circuit 3 when the dog started barking, causing Conchie to start crying. I tried just leaving him to end the workout and running over to him to give him a toy, but had to stop just before starting abs, so I've had to abandon it. I'll try to start over later, but I'm so so annoyed, as I'd almost finished.

That's annoying BUT you'd almost finished and the intent was there.

NMTZ done today and 8km walk. Saturday was a 13km walk and Sunday 37.75km bike ride.
