I feel like maybe if needed more seasoning. Or more cheese? Or lemon juice? It’s not the recipe’s fault as I played fast and loose with the quantities. I’ve got plenty left over so I’ll experiment with jazzing it up a bit (cough morecheese cough).

I had forgotten all about it, it used to be a real favourite. Beebie wasn't a fan unfortunately but I will keep trying to get him to eat it.

Thank you! I bought some Kentish Pip cider on an autumnal whim the other day so will use that to make it.

I got pissed off with work yesterday and bashed out some focaccia dough in the middle of the day then made these. A metric fuckton of focaccia  sorry fbers who’ve seen this.

And tonight we had Italian sandwiches to use some up with smoked turkey, pepperoni, grilled veg (including all the little bits that didn’t make it on the focaccia), olives, burrata and spinach.

Tomorrow we’re going to use some for meatball subs I think.
