Piss snow is so very 2020.

 I love this! T was imaginary bezzie mates with Tinie Tempah at a similar age.

Did Berty not have a liking for Bob Dylan too? I had a colleague who was a total Dylan devotee and I can remember telling him about Berty and he was highly amused

Oh yes! She was obsessed with the Here Comes Santa song for a while and used to make P be Bob Dylan on the other end of the phone. David Bowie came later and she used to have conversations where she asked him for advice

I LOVE all these!

I have to spend so much time being Mario. Super Mario. I’m fairly certain my accent borders on actively racist. I’m also often to be found moonlighting as the vet from Peppa pig.

They’re such little oddballs.

She is an incredibly negligent vet, actually.

Pete has “had enough of your business, mummy” and I have been left a threatening note. :look:

Round the corner, not far away, Bing is being a whiny shit today.

Today H said (very clearly so you couldn’t mistake it) “what the fucking Christ” and I am blaming his father. Unlike when E was playing a PlayStation game, said “damn it” and then told her dad “well mammy said it”.

Mother of the year.

I can't stop laughing. J got sent to isolation and given a detention today for talking. He is livid. He claims that he was asking his partner what was meant by "farce" (it was in drama) and his teacher thought he was making fart jokes  I do believe him, but have pointed out that if he hadn't already had a (justified) warning for talking it wouldn't have ended in punishment, so he has to take it on the chin.

Apropos of nothing:
"Mammy, Granny lives in the clouds now. Can we go see Granny in the clouds?"
"No, sweetheart, Granny died, remember ? That means she's not here anymore, so we can't see her anymore."
"Yes, because she's INVISIBLE !!! I wish I was invisible..."

I have no idea where she's got any of this. I haven't mentioned heaven to her, and I'm not sure who else would have done.

A mess! :))

BM bundled herself under loads of throws then demanded snacks, adding very seriously "I'm too cosy to move. That's an actual thing, you know" as though it was some kind of medically recognised condition
