I had the leftover onions in a hummus wrap today and they were lovely! I hope FF feature soon for you!
Quick lasagne tonight. It’s not layered but sauce and broken up pasta are cooked separately then stirred together before being topped with fake béchamel and grilled.

I've never thought of doing that I think I'd actually prefer it too (obvs less pretty but my lasagne has never been lovely defined layers once served any way)

I’ve made thai squash soup this evening. It’s for work day lunches really.

Ooh, that looks good, Pip! Is that BNS? Might you be able to point me in the direction of a recipe? I’ve got BNS to use up.

Brilliant, thanks, I have all of the rest. I will try that for my next soup batch.

Rubbish custard tarts and tasty not-rubbish curried tofu wraps. We had the last bit of some mango chutney (Geeta’s obvs) so threw that on top.
ETA - and the gratin that emma_p posted a few pages back.

I had to read that twice to make sure you didn't put mango chutney on the custard tarts. ;)

Cheating because I didn’t cook this, but there was a lobster roll pop up down the road from me so I had to treat myself. It was AMAZING.
I got a cocktail (Manhattan) too ;)

What did you think of the gratin, Wendy?
I'm so jealous of the roll and Manhattan! It looks so perfect.

Re: Show us your food! Corona Cooking edition
It was very nice despite having to guess the required oven temperature. We had to pad it out as the last of our chard wasn’t enough - there’s greens and spinach in there too. It’s substantial enough on its own but we had it with sausages plus red cabbage and beetroot, so there’s some left over.
