Re: Weekly meals plan
Smoked haddock with leek, potatoes and spinach in mustard sauce with hazelnut crumb and maybe an egg if we have enough and I'm hungry
Something in the gratin/ terrine/ stack family with courgette, peppers and mild goats cheese. Bread if there's time, JP if not, salad
Beef and salsify pie or stew and dumplings. Now very tempted by Disco's horseradish dumplings so maybe Teviotdale pie with horseradish through it.
Mystery fish box day, probably with caper brown butter, saute potatoes, and whatever green veg is left
Gunpowder's spatchcock tandoori chicken meal kit
Accidental Motherclucker fried chicken sandwich meal kit which was somehow already in my basket when I bought the above.

Re: Weekly meals plan
I was just thinking that there was an unnerving lack of swede in this week's meals.

I’d be interested in your potato and red cabbage bake Kiwi, if you don’t mind?
