C makes an amazing prawn spaghetti one pot thing from a Tasty video.

Here’s the Tesco laidback lamb. I did it with jeera pilaf because it BIL doesn’t do wheat and my husband doesn’t do couscous.

This was my version of the lamb, Pip. Yours is more pleasing to the eye, also I didn’t have any mint. I went back for more labneh and pickles halfway through eating.

My BIL is anti-dairy too, so my labneh was on the side. It was really good though. I thought I had frozen pomegranate seeds but I must’ve finished them last time they were called for.

If anyone had leftover lamb, I made moussaka last night and it was delicious. I’ve not made it for about 15 years because it’s a bit of a faff but it was so good. I used this recipe but I could have done with more bechamel (or maybe my dish was too big?) and maybe I’d add potatoes too another time: https://www.goodfood.com.au/recipes/rec ... 329-h1uwjf

Pissy’s moussaka recipe using yoghurt & feta for the topping is my go to moussaka. I love it, C is less keen. Going to put it on my plan soon though.

Do you know when I made it last I think I did a yoghurt/feta topping too. This time I just put feta on the Greek salad I served with it.

I make the Slimming World moussaka because I found it when I was looking for a recipe to use up cottage cheese and Greek yoghurt, and it’s now my “go to” one.

I made spicy shepherd’s pie with my leftover lamb yesterday, it’s very good. I’ve still got some lamb left which I am planning to have in tortilla wraps with tzatziki.

Greek lemon chicken and potatoes :ready:. Enough leftover for tomorrow (only half the amount in the serving dish which is a large bowl!)

Your chicken looks lovely Bramble. I love Greek flavours so much. Here's a couple of my Hello Fresh recipes. The aubergine and lentil curry was wonderful.
