That's a sea shanty group isn't it? I'm constantly baffled by wearing the fashionable really tight trousers then ruining them with massive phones / wallets / fag packets.

 I don't think they're very sea shanty. The SAM loves a sea shanty but wouldn't be seen dead dressed like that.

Oh my god yes, Patrick Bateman immediately sprung to mind here too. I hate it!

They were some lads on an evening out and the picture went viral and ended up being turned into loads of memes.

Big beefy shoulders from doing weights, and little tiny legs. I said that to myself in the voice of Robin Williams as the genie in Aladdin.
It’s like a normal midlife crisis only with more chandeliers and foreign languages.

What a nightmare - imagine going on a night out, thinking you look great and then becoming a viral meme :)) I always think that when the news do a bit about obesity and show random people on the street - imagine recognising yourself on there

No lids on the toilets?

Also, where do the steps in picture 38 go? Sleeping pods?

That entire room is particularly grim. Without a floorplan (which presumably is missing because it might show just how many rooms have no windows) it's anyone's guess.

You could throw some paint and soft furnishings/art around pretty quickly if you bought that, at least - but the lack of windows and the horrific, morgue-style kitchen pretty much are there to stay, and I couldn't live with that.

I think it's target market will be very small. A pathologist who generally works on submarines?

Picture 5 surely has to have been set up for the EA's own amusement! (I can only imagine how pleased the neighbours will be to see someone take control of that plot and tame that garden.)

Oh yeah! There's one in Brighton too, I wonder if there's a locally famous Derek of some description?
