I thought of you when I posted, Emma! I had a very strong feeling that you very strongly wouldn’t be on board

If there's no mayonnaise then I might think about using salad cream for chips though I'd be much more likely to cancel the chips because: What is a chip without mayo?
One out of every 158 egg sandwiches I consume, I would use salad cream instead of mayonnaise. So there is room for salad cream in my fridge but never on a roast  or pie.

This is a terrible photo of a fried chicken burger with oven chips and halloumi fries.

That looks good. Could do with a dollop of salad cream.

Well just behind the halloumi is a huge dollop of mayo.

Was literally just about to say that Dics meal is the perfect salad cream vehicle.Pippedydeadeye wrote: ↑Sun Apr 11, 2021 7:48 pm That looks good. Could do with a dollop of salad cream.

I love salad cream with chips
Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either, just fuck off and leave me alone.

I’m here for the salad cream! Not on a roast though. I’d def go for gravy on a cheese and onion pie but I have never made one and probably won’t ever so it’s likely to be a problem troubling me for some time.
I got ramps yesterday and some nice olive bread today so I’m thinking dinner/late lunch will be the asparagus thing emma posted.

No, Lazz! They're from Lidl! I just made all the innards of the burger (Nigella fried chicken sandwich).

Freezer section. I'm not sure if they've got them all the time as this was the first time I looked in the freezer!

These were nice actually because I've had Aldi's ones before and they were super salty but the Lidl ones were not at all. Good luck in your hunt!

Re: Show us your food! Corona Cooking edition
You can make your own by just cutting a block of halloumi into fries and then making sure you brown them on each side. You don’t really need breadcrumbs like you do for mozzarella fries.
