His bouffant mullet! Ah yes, I've definitely heard that song and can see how it would spur one on.

Good work! I also did it and it was 423 calories. I've been out for a walk too.

I’ve driven to look at garden loungers but I don’t think that counts.

I did NMTZ today. I'm not sure what I can do tomorrow as my sitting room is being painted so I can't do anything in that room nor while the decorator is in the house full stop. Weather wise I don't think a bike ride is on the cards so it might be an enforced rest day.

Well done. I also have an enforced “rest” day tomorrow as I need to go to London. I ran this morning and it was so cold it made my chest hurt.

So much for a rest day. My friend texted as I was driving back suggesting a run while the boys were at football.

BFBM done. I wasn’t really feeling it today and the first half was a real struggle. 404 calories though, better than nothing.

Excellent work, Tex.
Well, I’m glad I didn’t shred this morning as I ended up walking 14k steps (a lot for me) and I’m knackered now!

I’m thinking about moving onto W3 as the reason I’m not shredding as often is I hate W2.

Not a bad idea. W3 is harder but much more fun.
I’m supposed to be meeting my friend for a run this morning.

I did a 30 odd km bike ride yesterday and nothing today as I only got out of bed an hour ago.
It sounds like moving onto level 3 is a good idea. As Tex said it's harder but more enjoyable.

The mother of all lie ins
NMTZ done and exactly 300 calories. It was the first time I’d done it for a couple of weeks and it was a bit painful.

BFBM done, only 368 calories. I’m not sure why it was so low, it def didn’t feel like phoning it in. I could feel the aftereffects of NMTZ though so maybe I wasn’t working as hard as it felt.

Re: Gargle Your Heart - JM workout
Sometimes there seems no rhyme or reason to it. Good work anyway though!
I did KillerB&T level 1 followed by FFKB level 1 which was 484.
Both of my wrists are currently out of action so I did adaptions with any planking or press ups.

Both wrists, that must be tricky. Hope they improve soon.

Thanks, it's so annoying not least because it means I have to do the upright mountain climbers instead of normal ones.

That’s not a good trade.
