And your lab will be such a great addition. They're so good with cats and kids. Such lovely dogs.
I hope so! Our cats will literally turn one year old the week we bring home the puppy. In my mind they will all be friends, because they are really easy going and fun. I really need to figure out the feeding and sleeping situations though.

Um, he’s clearly allowed to sleep on any sofa he likes, actually.

When you make the sofa look that good, then it’s foolishness to be banned.

Tom has decided to spend the day with me in my office. He's currently snoozing with the occasional little snore which makes me laugh.

Aw, lovely. He looks very comfy.
It is my parents' cat's 17th birthday today so my dad has sung to her I was so worried she wouldn't make it to this birthday a couple of months ago.

Doesn't everyone sing happy birthday to their cats? I sing to my cats all the time, mind you.

Happy Birthday Mungo! He looks so cosy and comfortable.
I always think Storm is just a little kitten and not as a proper grown up cat.
