November fitness
We’re three days in!
I’m trying to get back to doing something every day. Monday was Kettlecise, yesterday a walk in the sunshine at lunch and today I needed to return a library book & go to the supermarket but didn’t have much time so I cycled. It’s the furthest I’ve cycled in months/years and I even did some bits at major junctions on the actual road like a real adult.

Hey Pippola. well done for the cycling, main roads are scary these days.
I am trying to keep my activities up as well. Monday was Spirit then a swim then Aqua, yesterday was Yoga. Today I had to cancel my lunchtime Pump class as a meeting got booked in but I've got drumming group tonight which at least is a little exercise, and I might make it to the gym later in the evening for a yoga class or failing that a swim.

Re: November fitness
I shall do my usual of telling you about it at the start of the month then not bothering as the month goes on.
Monday - some calisthenics at the gym while the girls were at the pool.
Tuesday - squats at the gym first thing, 15 mins of a spin class (my cough still hasn't shifted so I'm working my way back up!) at lunchtime then a run/walk session with the girls
Wed - calisthenics class this AM and we're dog walking later

Callisthenics sounds so 80s. Do you wear leg warmers?

Re: November fitness
I did Pump on Monday, but won’t fit another workout in until
Friday morning. I have been going for a walk at lunchtime though just to get away from my desk/get some steps in.
Need to get into routine with full time days. It’s looking like I’ll manage 4 LMOD days and I’ll walk the other days.

Re: November fitness
Deadlifts this morning and we're going climbing tonight.
Only in a very small world PG. Elvis came up with one at the weekend but I haven't seen that on IG yet. I'm not sure the trainer can do it herself based on what she was saying yesterday.

That looks both cool and super tough, Wendy!
Another slow start to the month here, but I am on holiday (of sorts). We’ve been out walking with the dogs every day, and I went for a half run/half walk (during which I got lost) this morning.

I did my lovely lady's yoga class again this lunchtime and I'm booked on another couple of gym sessions this evening, plus Pump in the morning.

Yesterday was Pump & Balance at the gym. It’s getting busier each week now. No kettlebells because the leisure centre has returned to its LARP-ing events. I wonder how many will get COVID there?

Parkrun this morning. 2 minutes faster than last week (still actually quite slow) but still feeling the effects of Covid.

I had Dance Step this morning. R is away first two Sundays now, so I’ll have to try to do it from memory.

A nice sunny walk this morning then BodyPump this evening, with a substitute instructor as the lovely Antipodean guy is apparently away this weekend. The sub was very good but not as easy on the eye.

Re: November fitness
Yesterday was a lot of steps but nothing my Fitbit considered actual 'exercise'. I did a walk this morning followed by a short swim, and have the gym tonight. Probably overhead pressing based.
