Re: Early Pregnancy Thread
Thanks all!
I'm crossing my fingers about the HG. I found a really reassuring study which showed that only 25% get it again.
So far I feel sick but can still eat, and haven't been sick at all yet. I phoned the GP last week and am taking cyclizine (the research shows it's best to start ASAP), after having a conversation where he told me I was being rude as after I outlined my situation and history, and the recommendations for early medication, he said 'have you tried ginger?' and I asked him if he'd ever had HG.
If it gets worse I'm going to insist on going straight on to ondanestron as I'm not prepared to mess around for weeks being bedridden and losing loads of weight this time. It's hard to compare as I don't have a record of when it started to get really bad last time annoyingly. I know it was before 7 weeks but I'm not sure how long before.

If your back's against the wall, turn around and write on it.
