Bears paw tofu and stir-fry
Lasagne
Spiced chickpea pilaf with almonds and coconut yoghurt
Quinoa, edamame and avocado salad
Lentil and mushroom meatballs in tomato sauce

We’ve also lined up a seasonal smoothie and soup, and the girls are going to make crumpets at the weekend.

"Leeks" sounds like something they put on poncey menus when they can't be arsed to actually tell you what the meal is. :))

This week I shall mostly be eating:

Burgers on brioche with chips
Roast chicken with roasted pumpkin, carrots and onions
Leftover roast chicken with black beans, salad and sweet chilli sauce

*as "Leeks" was such a resounding success and by success I mean they are languishing in the fridge still because there wasn't much direction in the recipe.

Spaghetti with Parma ham, rocket and chilli lemon tomatoes
Garlic and lemon crumbed chicken on brioche with homemade chips
