II feel like some sort of influencer, C mentioned to a supplier that we’ve had an outdoor cinema in the past & they sent him this outdoor duvet. It’s water resistant so I can doggedly sit out in the rain.

It's no outdoor duvet (which I covet) but behold the first rotary washing line and base I've ever owned - and at my grand old age too :)) Just waiting for its first load of bed linen.

Being able to dry laundry outside is one of the best bits of having a house rather than a flat!

Have you washed everything, Del?

I did line dried sheets yesterday but I’ve had to buy a retractable line & prop because the rotary interferes with Chunk’s goal. Obviously I did all the washing yesterday and he’s not bothered about playing today. :)

Not yet, as the trip to pick it up was unplanned on the way back from lunch and my washing machine takes FOREVER. But over the space of this - sunny - week, you betcha.

2 washing lines? There's posh! :snooty:

Well. Now I’ve read Margo’s post & realised what you have there in the photo, I could have done that with ours + the parasol stand! :duh:

But this way you get both lines in case of mass washing mania Pip. Two lines, no waiting!

Dunelm - £22 for the line, £29 for the base (which I reckon will get lots of use as I'm going to need a parasol in that south facing garden, for sure.

Thanks Del. I brought a really heavy parasol base with me so I might explore a small rotary.

Would a double go in an 8kg washing machine you think?

I love the idea of these
