I’ve managed to get it in Boots now. With the special offer (I’ve bought two) and Boots points it seemed ok.

The Ordinary serum has launched now, so I’ve just ordered it.

I was talking to the Botox lady about Revitalash on Monday and she said it’s the absolute dog’s whatsits. But it’s £90 a tube and I’m not making bank sticking needles in people’s fizzogs for hard cash.

Revitalash is $50AUD on iHerb and free shipping. I’m pretty sure they ship (from the US) to the UK too so could be worth a look.

ETA - sorry I was getting my products mixed up. IHerb sell Rapidlash.

I found a sample size of the Revitalash so will give it a go to see if it makes a difference. :fc:

Word to the wise on revitalash, it has the same active ingredient as an OTC glaucoma product in Turkey/Greece. And there it is about $11/bottle. So anyone heading to that part of the world, see if you can find it in a pharmacy.

A colleague’s sister just muled a stash back from Turkey for all the women on my team, so I got my hands on some. I will let you know if it works! Two colleagues were already using on lashes/brows and the effects are visibly impressive.

While I’m here, does anyone have and magic beans for upper arm keratosis? It usually doesn’t bother me much but I’m noticing more pimply areas than usual and with (hopefully) warm weather soon I would like at least my skin texture to be smoother even if my arms won’t be toned.

I was going to recommend the same, it's excellent. And their in-shower cleanser if you want a two-pronged approach.

I am willing to pay mad bucks for a cream to get rid of the wrinkles around my eyes when I smile. Can it be done?!

You’re looking at crows feet botox as a real solution to that, Lazz. I have a $$$ Dior one and it’s lovely. But it doesn’t get rid of the wrinkles.

I really like Amerliorate as a brand and its excellent smoothing.

That's what I feared, Est. Dammit.

You could also try a Retinol eye cream Lazz. It won’t make your crow feet disappear, but definitely helps with reducing them although that will take time.

I’ve decided to call mine laughter lines and I like them (for now). However, if they started to bother me I would maybe look at a more permanent treatment then.

CeraVe is brilliant Est. I’d definitely recommend their products. I always have their body moisturiser on the go.

I really didn’t like the effect on me when I had Botox in my crow’s feet. I prefer the wrinkles there. It’s because of my hamster cheeks mainly, it seemed to accentuate them and my eyes just disappeared when I smiled.

I’ve never had any Botox myself but I can imagine it looking strange in the eye area.

I think a good eye cream can do a lot actually and just keeping the eye area well hydrated.

I’m picking up my Rapidlash order later! I’ve taken a “before “ photo of my lashes so I can see if there’s any improvement.

Duly noted, I shall look out for a retinol eye cream, thanks Roma. Is that the one that makes the skin super-sensitive to light? Yes, I'm an idiot who knows very little. :)

I need to get on the eye cream. I also have weird beige patches. Googling only brings up high cholesterol as a reason, which I know isn't the case :puzz:

Yes, it’s best applied in the evenings only to avoid sun damage. I use a N7 retinol eye cream but Olay also does a nice retinol eye cream. I think it’s the 24 hour one.
