That’s lovely, Squince.

I finally treated myself to the kettle and toaster of dreams :l:

I need those to go with my new coffee machine! They look lovely against your tiles.

Now I’m thinking I should buy two sets for practical reasons but then it’ll be £90 and I’m not supposed to be spending money 😬.

They’re also lovely to use! The cheap kettle and toaster I bought to tide me over ended up being used for about eight years 🙄

They are nice Marth. I am all a bit stemless wine/drinks glasses at the moment due to outdoors elements and clumsy friends (including myself)

Have those got dimples in the bottom, Marth? Lots of lovely homewares (including all the Smeg!). I also love the tv sideboard, I will need one of those…

Apart from buying £££ worth of Crittal glazed doors today for our renovation work I have also bought these pendant lamps to hang over the kitchen island, and these dining chairs (the cognac ones), to replace the current very traditional Laura Ashley ones we have. I am planning on doing a a bit of sanding and painting of the Laura Ashley table that they match, and which we’re keeping (this could be a terrible idea  ).

Those chairs look like the most comfy dinner party chairs ever. I'm desperate for new dining room furniture but paralysed by choices.

The home sales are good this summer! I love trawling Anthro for bargains.

One of my ebay saved searches came up today! I must have been coveting these since about 2012 and they've been on my ebay watch list for a couple of years. Definitely one off the life completion list (TM Pip ;) )

I know I'll probably live to regret it, but I've just ordered this from Made. It's a bit hospitally, but should work with the grey / blue / white scheme I'm thinking of for the back bedroom. It was also, rather importantly, a total bargain in their sale.

I like your bed, Derek. Has it arrived yet?

I bought this for my kitchen. It's based on the 2020 survey of garden birds which I think some of us took part in so I thought you might like to see it.

Oh that's lovely :hbeat:

The bed came super quickly (I only ever order stuff from Made with immediate availability these days) but has been residing in the garage ever since as I need to move the sofa bed base my mattress is currently resting on to be moved out to the garden studio* first.

*Still being built, I think 5 months in now :shoe:

This is nothing major but the lack of anywhere to store herbs and spices in this stupidly planned kitchen has pissed me off since I moved in. I had to have them in a whacking great wooden box up on a shelf that was really heavy to get down.

But these splendidly magnetic spice racks ftw! Currently £12.99 for 2 on Amazon if anybody's interested.
