Definitely the first one. Long sleeves might still be too hot in October

I have several pairs of those as loungewear, but I wouldn't wear them out of the house, personally. Me & Em sells them if you have that near you? (Probably not, but I don't know :)).)Dutchie wrote: ↑Tue Sep 06, 2022 8:50 amHmm, then I think I'll skip them - being on Vinted, I can't try them on. And the price is too high for me to risk it.

The first dress is gorgeous, get it!
The second is a teacup, the third could be good but I’m not sure about the neckline.

The first dress is very lovely. The other two, especially the third one, are horrible by comparison. Sorry, they just look too bulky to me.

I prefer the 3rd dress, shape-wise, as it has a waist but the sleeves could be too big. I’m not sure about the billowy-ness of the first one.

I absolutely love the first one. Perfect for a Mallorcan wedding! Not so keen on the other two - I definitely couldn't pull them off, though you might be able to!

Re: Items to which I am allured
Thanks everyone! I thought the first dress would be much more divisive, so I’m glad my initial love of it in the shop bears out (didn’t try it a few weeks ago as I didn’t have time). It’s not too much white/cream for a wedding?
The weather is apparently high teens/low 20s in October, so I’m not too worried about being overly hot. Weather could be freakish though. I will order dress 1 and dress 3 to try. The 3rd one has a longer lead time so I want to rule it/both out sooner rather than later.

Nah, and especially not for an island wedding.

I am allured to getting one of these. I need a new dog walking coat as my exiting one is 13 years old and holey.

I want a green one. It’s modelled horrendously here and I am concerned about the arm length as I am stumpy of limb.

I really like Rains. I have a couple of their bags and I do like that raincoat.Luna wrote: ↑Sat Sep 10, 2022 6:52 pm I am allured to getting one of these. I need a new dog walking coat as my exiting one is 13 years old and holey.

That’s a really nice coat, Luna. They would have been better just using the last picture though - the styling on the model is shocking.

It’s awful isn’t it?! It’s only because I know the brand that I can see past it!

I have a Rains coat and I utterly hate it. The arms are too long, the way to close the wristholes are via poppersand they won't stay shut. And it's done up via poppers rather than a zip or velcro or indeed anything useful because the poppers pop open every time I pick up the dogs ball. And it's really sweaty.

Thank you Cos. I am no longer allured. Stupidly long arms on things are a bugbear. And I can’t be doing with sweaty.

No, sweaty in the cold and rain isn't cool at all

That looks very cosy. I personally wouldn’t want brown. I am assuming it doesn’t come in another colour?

Brown could be nice an autumnal if it's a nice shade.
If your back's against the wall, turn around and write on it.

I like the brown, it looks rich and cosy.
And please forgive the picture of my foot but can't decide whether to keep these. They are for a 2 week holiday and I was aiming for something smartish but still comfy enough for wandering around town in. But the colour is described as mushroom and I think it's putting me off. They are ridiculously comfy though.
