That's amazing.
I saw feetloaf on the interwebs yesterday with cashews for toenails and leeks for the leg bones

Re: Hey! Good lookin’!
We sliced the aubergine then spread one side with a thin layer of miso paste
Dunk in flour, then egg, then seasoned panko (1 cup of panko, 1tsp garlic salt, 1tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cayenne)
Lay out all the slices, spray with oil and air fry on 180c for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of your aubergine slices.
The curry sauce was from a block of concentrate from the Asian supermarket

Re: Hey! Good lookin’!
I've never known a Japanese person make their own curry sauce, ready made is the authentic way. :))
I actually took a picture: poached skate with warm tomato caper vinaigrette, new potatoes and charred cabbage, plus some grilled oysters with ( too much) miso butter. ( I got skate and oysters in my fishbox today so...)

Massive salad. I probably didn’t need double yoghurt and two types of cheese.

Everything that Pip said!
Also George would love to live at Est’s house this week, he loves Asian food. Unfortunately for him I’m in Italian mode this autumn (and always!).
