This is Nick Cave's house. Lots of pink!

It’s lovely but if I had £3m I would not buy a house in Brighton now..

Maybe he agrees and that's why he's moving!

A double bed and a single in the one room is quite unusual.

I never understand people having sofas/chairs on a landing. Do they ever get used? Especially when you have several living rooms!
If your back's against the wall, turn around and write on it.

I think I’d need the odd little break if roaming over all 5 floors.

Everything about that feels very Nick Cave, except the gym. I love it.

I don't get the floor plan. The first floor is larger than the ground floor? Is there a garden?

Could be on a slope or have a flying freehold.

The details say the houses are built into a hill so they’re all on different levels.

That is utterly gorgeous.

And it's nice that it's still in its proper one-bed layout. If that was in London some dickhead developer would have turned it into a 2-bed by making the kitchen a bedroom and ramming kitchen units into the living space.

It looks really like the one from Before Sunrise (I think)? It's lovely.

Is it a conservatory / potting shed? So a built-in plant pot thing?

Oh dear! Something weird on the ceiling in photo 4 as well, not to mention a carpeted bathroom.

Lovely garden though.

I’m imaging you can jump down it, SuperMario style and pop up out of the one in the garden.
