Tom has always been interested in what we eat. Normally it's a good sniff but rarely tries to eat it (apart from chicken or fish). Today I have discovered he likes custard but not just any custard but an M&S custard.

Did you give him a Pepsi style challenge? :))
That is a very tolerant dog, Est! Gilda would not sit still for that. I finally managed to get her holiday sweater from last year on her, and it's too small.

The inevitable has happened. Ahab has discovered my fugly heated throw, and now he won’t sleep anywhere else. This is me sitting next to him in the cold while he luxuriates at full extension.
Earlier today he sat on the sofa giving me dark looks because his throw wasn’t ready for him. I am a fool.

Luxuriating at full extension :)) I often perch on the precipice of the sofa due to another being luxuriating at full extension.
I love fully relaxed cats though.

He's so pleased though!
It is winter, the rug has come out. Charlie Eyebrows' neck has given way.

He takes every blanket I buy, though!
Heated below, normal above. Me not under either of them

Oh, look at them both, all lined up.
Faceplant Eyebrows is also twanging at me. :)) My beautician has a heated treatment bed and last time I went she said she'd turfed her dog off it* so I could get on, so I immediately voted in favour of dog release and spent the session having my eyebrows done with a chihuahua plonked on me. :))
*Hygienic.

Ella, you big softie!
As mentioned on the daily thread, we appear to have been adopted. She's been here for just over three weeks and shows no signs of leaving  We've seen her around for a while. We weren't going to feed her but she was so skinny and so frightened, we left food out which was gone in seconds. Gradually she got brave enough to venture into the house and eventually, she has moved in!
She's a bit wonky- we think she has been physically abused at some point and very skittish. Everyday is a new day and it takes her a while to remember who we are and that we are nice and will feed her.
She's getting more comfortable with us and her surroundings but is still very jumpy.

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either, just fuck off and leave me alone.
