Nothing formal on getting my secondment to a permanent role but heard informally that my skip level manger from my old team has been chatting to my current line manager.
Basically skip manger is fully supportive of the move and career progression.

Thanks! The boys don't know yet, I'm going to talk to them at the weekend so we have some time together to process/talk. Joe knows it's a possibility and was fine with that. I'm starting 1st April, but will be remote for the first while until we find somewhere to live.
