She really does! I was happy with 17 and Natural Collection at her age. She was lingering over Fenty lip glosses again too.

Hmm, sounds interesting. Might have to find it in person to investigate it.

Re: Magic Beans
The adverts on Instagram irritate me as well, so added to your postage briefing, I'm not sure I can be bothered. Maybe if I go past Liberty sometime. Thanks, very helpful in removing my impulse purchases

I blame Pip entirely for the fact that I have just spent £35 on unneeded cosmetics on the Revolution website. My impulse control has disintegrated this evening.

Re: Magic Beans
In fairness to her I think the only thing I ever spent money on make-up wise at her age was concealer. I had Touche Eclat and Laura Mercier. I was absolutely OBSESSED with concealer.Pippedydeadeye wrote: ↑Sat Mar 04, 2023 10:01 pmShe really does! I was happy with 17 and Natural Collection at her age. I’m not knocking it, she looks fabulous (with and without makeup). I just wish she’d throw her used cotton wool pads in the bin after cleansing.

I bought a Fenty Lip stain, the Poutsicle one (terrible name! I'm sure the billionaire Rhianna is bothered what I think
)

I’ve just restocked my sunscreen and added a tube of Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Cleanser to try too as I’m almost out of my (super functional and perfectly fine but not very exciting) Cetaphil cleanser.

Fully influenced by Sali Hughes (sorry), I bought Nars Audacious lipstick in Lana, and it’s the perfect neon orange-red that I’ve been searching for for years.

I like Sali Hughes, I don't get the hate towards her.

She has got odd mannerisms on her reels and she got very rattled by Tattle life criticising her. I’m not a fan but do generally trust her recommendations.

I feel the same as Luna. I mostly trust her recommendations but I think she’s been cagey on some stuff in the past and it makes me not entirely on board.
The rest of my face does not look as good as the lipstick did so I will share another time.

I've listened to a few podcasts that she's been on, and she had similar family issues to me (estrangement, alcohol problems) so that's probably why I like her.

I have been eyeing up a Lisa Eldridge pallette for ages so I got that and also Je Ne Sais Quoi, the perfect everyday lipstick.

The shadows are incredibly well made and I love them all.

I want something equivalent and cheaper to the CT pinky quad. Forgotten the name of it. Nothing Revolution though because their shadows are shit.

Escentual have started French Pharmacy Month AND have an extra 10% off on top of that, so I’ve taken advantage and bought loads more of the Uriage balm that I have fallen hard for, and the shower oil, and also The Ordinary Niacinamide powder to try mixing into the Superdrug serum I love.
