I think Sainsbury's here had it once but I haven't seen it again. There is a cheese shop near me actually that would probably do it but it is one of those artisan shops and £££ss.

That's a shame. A big Tesco in the next town had three different brands yesterday.

Rhubarb and cucumber? It's the shit period between spring & summer veg. I might just dig out some freezer meals to clear some space.

I'd be delighted with rhubarb and cucumber!

We get through so many cucumbers: smacked cucumber, tzatziki, tabbouleh, greek salad, gazpacho. There's a really good Anna Jones recipe for cucumber peanut noodle salad.

For rhubarb make a cake or crumble! Or just a compote to have with yoghurt for breakfast. If you have any strawberries or raspberries I love them with rhubarb.

I'm not a massive sweetie eater so have been trying to find savoury rhubarb recipes. I pickled some the other week and it is amazing with cheese! I'm freezing the stuff I'm getting at the moment to make a vat of rhubarb chutney at some point.

I have been fancying an Asian salad so I will google for the salad. Otherwise the boxes are just bits and pieces at the moment during the 'hungry gap', so a large garlic, mixed herbs, salad leaves, which are all lovely but nothing to make a meal with iyswim. I will have to do a supermarket top up.

I've just found that my mixed herbs are mostly mint, so I'm going to make a rhubarb and mint tea for the fridge. (Sorry, I know this doesn't belong on the meals plan thread. :)) )
