I've been chugging along with my weights and yoga. I don't think I've run since my 5k in Shetland but now I might as well wait and see if I fancy the 10k race on Sunday (I'm not running if it's roasting, I get warm enough as it is  ).

Anyway, it's 3RM testing time again and I've added 10% to my squat and 5% to my bench.

Woohoo. Nice work, Wendy!

Easy run on the plan for me today. I started to get a migraine so popped a Relpax and 2 nurofen and took it easy. 45 mins/7.1km.

Yesterday was BodyPump & BodyBalance. I don’t think I’ve liked any of the last few releases of Balance, but I keep on staying anyway.

This morning I’ve had a gorgeous swim (40 lengths) at the outdoor pool. It was so nice. But quite busy and at one point they took a register. :)) There were a couple of people there who didn’t seem to get the etiquette of lane swimming too.

Outdoor swimming must be lovely!

Running rest day today. I did strength instead - shoulders, back and biceps.

This morning's Endurance class involved running and lots of it. Have I mentioned I hate running.
Round 1 - 800m run, 400m run backwards x 2
Round 2 - 1 mile run, 2000m row, 1 mile run

For the running I did half the distances and actually managed to do these without stopping. Really pleased with my progress but still hate running.

45 min easy/7.65km. Proud of myself getting it done first thing before work today.

It was the last night of the different Pilates teacher tonight. I really liked the class. Back to J next week and back to Thursdays.

Grr. My running group have switched from tonight to tomorrow, which I found out via an IG story I spotted this morning AFTER doing nothing before work because I was saving myself for tonight's planned 7k. They cancelled last week the evening before, and the week before that moved from Wed to Thu with a couple of days' notice (which I did get a DM about that time).

So I think I'm going to have to just keep an eye out for weekend long runs I can do, but stick to my own schedule in the week. I'm scheduling 4 days of weight training and 3 runs (plus 1-2 yoga sessions, which are fixed) so don't have their flexibility! I'd rather run before work if I'm on my own - I only do evenings with them.

Nice workout this morning; incline bench press and manged 5 reps at 27.5kg followed by 150 wall balls for time (mostly at 3kg and some at 6kg).
Really pleased with my progress over the past few weeks.

I did a mini 3 miles tonight but it was a bloody hilly one. First run in a while and it felt nice to be honest, I think I needed the break from it.

I am utterly exhausted though, my legs were wobbly and everything. :emme:

I went to dance step unsure if I’d make it through the class. I did, and we did a record 7 mini routines.

Managed four and a half miles tonight although there was much walking. A bastard hill that took up a quarter of the route did for me. The bastard!

I did 12/3/30 at the gym today with C. Except he’s doing 14/X/30, where X is about 6-7km/h. He’s read it will lead to weightloss if you do it every day for a month.

We both were really sweaty afterwards.
