Spicy tomato lentil and fennel soup, focaccia, salad
One pan baked sausages and lentils (recipe tin eats - great recipe!) rocket and fennel salad
Pizza, dough sticks and garlic butter (take out), rocket and fennel salad
Pork rib eye steak, mash, red cabbage
Crisp gnocchi with brussels sprouts and brown butter, salad

Chinese meal for friends - stir-fried beef, Kung pao chickpeas, fish fragrant aubergines, mushroom Chinese-style curry, rice (plus prawn crackers and spring rolls from the shops)
PB quorn fried rice
Maple roasted cauliflower with winter greens and ginger
Leek and potato soup
Black olive pesto pasta
Butter bean gratin with basil crust

The chinese dinner sounds really good!

Lentil chard and bay gratin with salad
Jerusalem artichoke thyme and mascarpone soup, salad
Veggie chilli, guac, tortillas, radishes etc
Ricotta stuffed shell pasta in pumpkin sauce, salad

S: ultimate chicken sandwich (lemon and oregano chicken, toasted focaccia, aioli, avocado and baby gem) with fries for the kids and salad for me
S: Chilli dogs with mac and cheese (veggie chilli) plus all the sides
M: Pastitsio, greek salad
T: Veggie chilli with baked sweet potatoes and all the toppings (sour cream, cheese, coriander, jalapenos, avo)
W: Ribollita with focaccia, some kind of apple/plum dessert with custard
T: Thanksgiving dinner tbc.

Thanksgiving ended up being fennel-rubbed roast chicken, green bean casserole, squash and sage gratin and sour cream and chive mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. All Alison Roman recipes and so good!

F: Ultimate chicken sandwiches using the leftover chicken, crisps and shaved brussels sprouts with olive and pine nuts, pumpkin pie with gingersnap crust
S: Courgette pasta with spinach balls, salad
S: Chicken, pancetta, leek and mushroom pie with broccoli, roasted sprouts and carrots
M: winter panzanella salad (beetroot, carrot, parsnip, squash) cranberry upside down cake

Salmon en croute (a version of, with what needs using up)
Pasta & meatballs
Biriyani using some leftover chicken tikka
A sort of mezze using merguez sausage, hummous, couscous and bits of salad
Keema and dal

Mushroom and pesto halloumi burgers with salad
Pumpkin lasagne with scamorza, mozzarella and buttered sage
Fake carluccios courgette pasta with spinach balls, fennel and rocket salad
Autumn panzanella with beetroot, carrots, pumpkin, parsnips, red onions, pumpkin seeds, rocket. Upside down cranberry cake
Golden orzo and mushroom soup, ciabatta
Gnocchi with sprouts and brown butter, salad
Mushroom bourguignon with polenta and salad. Triple ginger cake.
Veggie chilli dogs for Friday night dinner :hbeat:
