Roast chicken with dauphinoise potatoes, green bean, watercress, rocket and hazelnut salad
Roasted sweet potatoes with leftover veggie chilli, sour cream, guac etc
Chicken, leek and pancetta pie (made with leftover chicken) roasted carrots, peas and sprouts
Spicy tomato, lentil and fennel soup, focaccia and salad
Black pepper tofu with smacked cucumber, broccoli and basmati rice
Lentil and swiss chard gratin with rosemary garlic bread and salad

We’re at my ILs next weekend, so it’s a short week:

Creamy spinach quesadillas
Quiche, JPs and salad
Paprikash
Tofu curry
Miso greens and gnocchi

That is a very pasta-filled week :puzz: I might switch the pasta bake to chicken and leek pie

S: Sausages and lentils, salad. Triple ginger skillet cake and creme fraiche/custard.
M: Kids had falafel rice bowls they put together themselves. Adults had emergency carbonara and salad.
T: Pumpkin curry, cucumber salad, steamed rice
W: Chicken and avocado focaccia sandwiches, crisps and salad
T: Cauliflower caponata, roasted peppers and burrata, focaccia, green bean and fennel salad
F: PIZZA (take out!)

I'm trying to remember what I did with the peanut sauce as I made that a few days ago.

It had peanut butter, rice vinegar, gochuchang, lime, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and I think that was all I added althugh it looks like it might need something sweet so I could've poured a bit of mirin or honey in. I basically whisked it all together, to taste. Today I stirred it into crisp shredded white cabbage, carrot and then mixed it all with the really thin rice noodles. It was all a bit store cupboard-y really but really tasty.

T: Chorizo and rocket sandwiches, padron peppers, crisps
F: Pumpkin and sage lasagne with smoked mozzarella, garlic bread and salad
S: Out (kids had emergency freezer pizza, salad and cookie dough ice cream)
S: Mushroom bourguignon pot pie with pan-roasted sprouts
M: Lentil and celariac gratin with salad
T: Corn chowder, baguette, browned butter rhubarb crisp.

Fried edam and tartare sauce sounds filthy good!

W: sausage and mash with red cabbage and onion gravy. (Liv had Yorkshire padding because she doesn't like mash :george: ). Leftover rhubarb crisp.
T: fake carluccio courgette pasta with spinach balls, salad.
F: halloumi-fried chicken sandwiches (saw this on Georgina Hayden's insta last night and had to make it!), crisps, greek-ish salad n greek dips.
