Re: Magic Beans
one product I've bought after getting a mini one in an advent calendar and loving it is Glow Recipe''s Watermelon Glow Niacinamide DewDrops. this is really nice for dehydrated skin, and makes it lovely and glowy. it came in a set with other products, but I haven't tried them yet.

Re: Magic Beans
In my ongoing theme of enjoying trying new products, I’ve ordered these. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried from Mizon so far and have read good things about this retinol (the Some By Mi one I was using before was ok, but not amazing)

I got this set from M&S, they have 20% off skincare through Sparks so I got it for £32. The night cream is normally £22, so for £10 extra, I got a full size day cream, and smaller size overnight mask, eye cream and hot cloth cleanser.

They look nice, Estrella. I've probably asked you before - and forgotten sorry if I have - what do you use for facial SPF on the daily?

I go to bed smothered with that cream. Like a greased up chicken. I also got the cleanser with a set at some point but I haven't used it as I had a backlog of cleansers to work through.

I use Skin 1004 sunscreen normally: https://lilabeauty.com.au/products/mada ... xvEALw_wcB I switched to Klairs recently but will be going back to the Skin 1004 as it’s just so light and non greasy.

It’s the end of Escentual’s French Pharmacy promotion today, so I’ve ordered the following. Two are staples, two are me trying something new out.

I got Facetheory moisturiser and body oil, both of which are very nice, and another Hourglass blusher - a deep red one, which works beautifully. I wanted an eyeshadow but they're about £40 each which is absurd.

I'm picking some of this up from Boots later on this week. They didn't have it in the shop when I went last week so I've ordered it to collect from the store.Estrella wrote: ↑Sun Jan 19, 2025 8:29 pm I use Skin 1004 sunscreen normally: https://lilabeauty.com.au/products/mada ... xvEALw_wcB I switched to Klairs recently but will be going back to the Skin 1004 as it’s just so light and non greasy.
Pip, your recommendations of LRP have infiltrated my brain. Monk's got terrible eczema at the moment so I bought a few products for him and it's really soothing his skin. I'm in love with everything LRP and I've never even rubbed a pea sized amount of anything from there on myself.

I’m really glad to hear it’s helping Monk, Dic. I just had a look at my arm and the mini patch of psoriasis is completely gone now.

I’ve stocked S up on LRP for her face too. She’s got break outs and sensitive skin and it’s perfect for her.

Re: Magic Beans
i had enough points (Queenie001) to get me a decent discount and they had 20%off, so I've ordered the Elemis pro-collagen clansing balm in Black Cherry Im not sure why, because I can't use it at the moment because I cant stand at the basin, but I love a cleansing balm ever since Pip kindly sent me a small tub of theEmma Hardie one
I can't wait to sniff it!
