magimix bowls and dishwashers
Is it true you can't put magimix mixing bowls in a normal dishwasher cycle?
I've been wanting a magimix for a long time and have just been willing my current, inferior food processor to die...but then I read the thing about dishwashers on a customer review! Say it isn't so, turtles!

I put mine in. I always use the eco cycle but that isn't Magimix related.

They might go a bit dull, but it's fine

I should explain, in all seriousness, that I'm not above hand-washing the odd bowl I just know if it can't be bunged in the dishwasher I'd be less likely to use it - for something like chopping veg, I'd need to factor in the bowl washing* into the labour-saving aspect of it.

Mine goes in on a normal cycle & comes out fine - the only thing is that the bottom of it traps water. It's polypropylene so unlikely to be troubled by a bit of hot water really. I do find hand washing it makes it come out better.

The three bowl, lid, blades, and everything really have been in the dishwasher (and not necessarily on the eco cycle) and they're perfectly fine. I handwash when I can be arsed (and it's true that they come out better, but then I find that most plastic stuff does) but most of the time it goes in the dishwasher.
