This is an often-requested staple in the Scooter House. I'll be making it tomorrow and chucking in a handful of raisins.

Mine was quite wet, I had to cook it a little longer. But looks pretty good now.

I got nostalgic for this recipe as I made it a few times when on maternity leave and overdue with B. I've just made it with him but added peanut butter and chocolate buttons and it's lovely. Sinful but delicious.
