I wouldn't, Luna. There are nicer jackets.

Clearly the 90s are in, but it does look more something for the very young :) Which reminds me, I still have two (?) long sleeved mesh tops somewhere in the depths of my wardrobe. I think they came from Pilot  Must do a sweep of my clothes in the new year decluttering.

Pilot! That’s a blast from the past. You just made me think of Bay Trading and Jeffrey Rogers.

Kookai. Another lost 90s brand. And Morgan - for those who weighed under 8 stone.

God I loved all those shops so hard. Except Morgan because the girls who worked there wanted to glass you with their stares.

I asked for a top in size 2 in Morgan once and was told "We only sell size 1 in this store." :ruby:

Is this nice or horrendous? I am veering towards horrendous, but then I think nice, but then I think horrendous again.

I'm finding it hard to have an opinion on that Lils. It's not horrible but it's not singing out to me either.

Pilot still exists! I just looked it up online. Bay trading definitely bit the dust though.

It's a bit hot young Spanish widow - I absolutely hate lace though so don't take any notice of me.

I loved Morgan and Kookai. Black Kookai crepe dresses were my thing at university. I think I still have a couple at home. I had a load of Morgan tops and I only got rid of them before I moved here.

I had a great Kookai jacket in the 1990s that I loved, it was in a loud used-car-salesman plaid check.

Speaking of hot widows, possibly Sicilian, I am nuts to be a bit in love with this dress? (the cape is detachable, it's just a fitted black dress with sleeves underneath) :))

The dress is lovely but the cape would be too theatrical for me. It's kind of pretty in itself though.

Mine too. Though my horrid flatmates at the time ruined for me by buying me a top and skirt for my birthday, clearly from the sale rack and two sizes too big that will forever be what I think of when I think of Bay Trading.
Half-ten?! Half-ten?! I've never been up at half-ten! What happens?

I still have a pencil skirt from Morgan. It's dark navy with a mustard Chinese blossom print in some weird swimsuit type fabric. It would just about fit over one thigh these days.

Skinny 14 year old Bambs tried it on recently and it barely fastened. :look: I lived on tobacco and tea in the 90s.

It's lovely Liv, and very you.

I saw some lovely things in the Cos sale last night, but didn't have time to try anything on.

I love how I knew exactly what was meant by hot Spanish widow, and that it’s a subset of hot Mediterranean widows. :)) There IS something alluring about the mafia widow dress.
