:blah:

Gochujang cauliflower schnitzel
Black olive pesto pasta
Masala sausages and freezer curry
Teriyaki tempeh
Squash and peanut stew
Green shepherds pie

The majority is from the new Bosh book (I didn’t buy the healthy one but this speedy one appealed), and we also have breakfast (chocolate orange porridge) and treat (rice crispie donuts) planned.

Hake, romesco, freekeh and kale (kale is thanks to someone wasting the last courgette by stewing it pointlessly in spag bol)
Butternut squash, sage, walnut and chilli pasta (trofie) (featuring Brussel sprouts - yes, we'll see)
Fried chicken burger
Chicken roast dinner (with the leftover chicken thighs)

Meatballs
Hunters chicken
Fishcakes
Southern fried chicken
Toad in the hole
Pork stir fry

I'm starting to resent meal planning and cooking now so most of that is pre-made.

If you’d have potatoes with your roast beef and Yorkshire puddings, why would you not have potatoes with TITH when all you’ve effectively done is swap beef for sausages? It’s not logical.
