It looks so good. Have you got a method/recipe you can easily share, please?

I made steak, oven chips, roasted broccoli & creamed spinach for dinner. The creamed spinach is with Greek yoghurt rather than cream because that’s all we had.

That looks good and I'd be feeling very virtuous having greek yoghurt instead of cream.

I will take it to Recipes.

It was the Fage 5% stuff so not really the healthy choice. More the I’m not going out again tonight choice.

Thank you!

I get the not going out again choice. Quite often it's the best choice.

I made emma_p’s dip since I have feta & yoghurt both vying out to be used up.

I really want to try that dip :ready:

I’m cross because I forgot to take a photo but I just had sausages with Nigel Slater’s roasted mashed potato with shallots and cheese. I made a cream and mustard sauce to go with it because gravy felt wrong with cheese. The whole meal is a definite keeper.

Not that I cooked any of it, but I've had falafel, shakshuka and (a totally unphotogenic) shawarma. The holy trinity.

Thank you for this recipe, I made it this evening and it was lovely. I had a couple of friends over so I wanted something easy that could mostly be made in advance and it was perfect, I made the sauce this afternoon and just roasted the pumpkin when they got here. And the assembled dish looked so pretty as well :hbeat:.

Yes, and I was thinking the sauce might be good with roasted cauli too.

Last night’s was prettier because I had a lovely yellow stripy squash but I served all the best looking slices so it was the ugly cousins for me today 😁.

I’m so lucky that the farm here grows the best pumpkins and squashes, they taste amazing. I had them piling up outside the door because I kept getting more in the veg box but the children won’t eat them, so I was pleased to have people to cook for.

That does look good squirrel.

Aubergine and peanut stew plus homemade beans and crispy tempeh. Definitely preferred the latter!

Tapas. I love making these.
