That looks gorgeous, bramble. I've just liked it on FB, too :)).

Mine isn't very photogenic, as the filo crumbled when we cut into the pie, but it was very tasty. Squash, spinach and red pepper pie, and peanut and miso aubergines. I had no maple syrup for the aubergines and subbed date syrup, which is why they look burnt (they aren't) but they were better than usual, I thought.

Tapas looks great, brambs.

I must get some filo to make the nigella Persian rice pie thing.

Terrible looking roast beef but it was amazing.

That looks good!

I have made leek, potato & stilton soup; roast cauliflower cheese; Bolognese; a loaf of white bread. Photo only of the bread, the rest looks like slop right now.

Next I will be making brownies but I might stop for a cuppa first.

I am not cooking today* but can I tag along if I do the washing up?

This thread is on fire right now! The tapas looks gorgeous, as does everything else. I can’t stop thinking about treacle tart though.

*Lots of leftovers in the fridge so I’m clearing the decks and giving myself a day off.

Is that brisket or short rib Diccers?

It looks mighty fine to me.

Nice loaf Pip. Making bread is one of my favourite things to do.

I’ve done overnight oats & apple breakfast pots and the brownies now. Soup is blended and the washing is done, pork is in the oven and the roast potatoes are going to join it soon. :perky:

You are all welcome because you will appreciate the effort I’ve made.

Those brownies :faint:

Before Christmas, I bought myself a Ninja multi cooker. I wanted a multi cooker that did air frying (crisping) and slow cooking and until tonight it had only been used for cooking premade things like oven chips and frozen spring rolls but tonight I used the pressure function to make daal. Being daal it isn’t photogenic at all but boy it was good.
