It was a kit! Cut out some shapes with a Stanley knife and glue it all together and tadaaaa.

Thank you. It's from John Lewis.

My sister would love those bugs. I am tempted to get them for her for Christmas :puzz:

I finally found my coffee table! I think it’ll go perfectly with the new rug.

It’s lovely! Great colour. It looks like it could be FERM?

ETA just saw you and Marth say it’s Hay! :slow:

Your paper bugs are brilliant, baa.

I like all these things, the bugs are great.

I bought this little partridge in a pear tree picture, with a black frame.

I don’t think it’s too overtly Christmassy to keep up all year round, or should I put it somewhere less prominent outside the festive season?!

It’s for the hall but I’ve also got another bird picture to go up and I’m also not sure if they go together. I’m terrible at this sort of thing! 😬

Lots of lovely wall art. I think the partridge could be up all year round.

I love the church.

I don't think the partridge is too Christmassy.
If your back's against the wall, turn around and write on it.

I love that partridge! Definitely can work all year, unless you'd rather bring it out to make it special at Christmas. And the lino print. And I gawp at how Emma's whole room is so....cohesive and put together.

I got these tealight holders today. I am very pleased with them because I saw something that was a similar idea but handmade/£££££ on artfinder a while back, and couldn't justify the cost but also kept thinking about. Anyway these are a mass produced version for £18 a pop and while I have no doubt the expensive ones are vastly superior in real life, I still love these. They will however not be getting tealights in them because they are surrounded by wood and I would not find that remotely relaxing. :)) Here they are close up and in situ (although what is where is still a work in progress).

I like how the tea light holders have a warm glow, even without candles burning. And I love your ladder shelving unit.

Ohh, I love the partridge and the church print. And your bowls are very pleasing, goat. I think I have seen similar for $$$ so they are a great find! Could you put fake (battery powered) tea lights in for the effect without the fire danger? Not that they need to be illuminated as they are lovely as is.

Ooh, I didn't know these existed! Thank you! (also had rejected all Christmas dinner centrepiece ideas involving a candle as J's dad will inevitably knock it over and set everything on fire, but this concept opens up some possibilities again :love2: )
