Stop adding things to your favourites and fucking buy them (to people on Vinted) :verm:

IWLTS serves me right for trying to be safe and prepared for driving my family around. I am really flipping annoyed with the garage that did my service. The simple job on my car took nearly 2.5 hours and although they did vacuum and wash my car it looks like whoever did that was really rough and there are some marks on the paintwork. More immediately annoying and unsafe is that they’ve done something to dislodge one of my rear parking sensors somehow (possibly when washing it) so it continuously beeps in reverse. Of course I didn’t notice that until after driving 40 minutes back home and went to park :verm: It’s a real chunk of my day to take it all the way over there for them to fix and costs me money in toll road fees. I literally do not have the fucking time! And now I’ll be driving around in a LESS SAFE CAR because I can’t use the sensors as they are useless until that one is put back in place! :verm:

I hope you got that sorted out, Epp.

IWLTS to Evri - what is the point of a 'do not reply' email? Particularly when it refers to a specific parcel, and when I've already left instructions as I knew I wasn't going to be in. I have ordered a couple of things which will be delivered by Evri, but we are still in the Lakes. M is going to be home tomorrow, which I knew when I ordered, but it is impossible to book a delivery date with Evri as they are useless, so I timed the order to arrive as near to Thursday as possible. They did send me a 'we have your parcel' message, and I clicked the 'leave at the back door' option, which I know they received, as they replied - they are great at looking like they are communicating, but it is 100% ineffective as nobody seems to read the bloody messages. An attempt was made to deliver today, and (as we know) nobody is in. Did they leave the things at the back door? Of course not. Instead they will try again tomorrow, but I can't ask them to come in the afternoon when M will be there, so they might attempt to deliver in the morning, and there will still be no-one there . It's infuriating. Why not have an option to contact a human and ask for a delivery date? Or just abide by the instructions selected from their own list?

IWLTS: I have run out of things to say to you. (To a friend who a few months ago was broken-hearted by a horrible man who among other things persuaded her into a termination she didn't want - and now she is spending time with him again. I get it, in some ways, because her family are appallingly awful and his are very nice and loving, but I'm just - meh. I can't tell her what to do, but I think I am going to have to say that we just don't talk about the situation because there's absolutely zero point and I'm drained. I am all out of anything to say)

IWALTS: stop FUCKING COUGHING. (To my colleague - it's not her fault but I had to go out of the office to take a phone call because it's so loud.)

IWLTS: Are you really trying to get advanced "swimming lessons" for your 9 month old baby? Calm the fuck down.

IWLTS: Dear Maisie Peters, Mimi Webb and Mae Stephens. You have all got the same name and my daughter is getting cross with me because I can’t tell you apart. Perhaps a couple of you could consider changing? Thanks.

I only know one of them, but from that I would guess that they’re all singer-songwriters.

This is the first time I haven’t come running every time you need me. Not that I needed one but I’ve got a damn good excuse so I don’t really need the guilt trip from either of you.

IWLTS Every time you tell me how critical or urgent something non-critical is, or text me at 0830 asking me for something you demanded at 1800 the night before, it makes me find something more important to do. You'd think that my ignoring your work-related texts and Whatsapps after telling you to email only would be a hint but obviously not.

I dislike the phrase ‘My bad’, I especially dislike seeing it written in a work email as an apology. I am seeing it more and more, usually by Colleagues in Eastern Europe or India. It’s not at all professional in my humble opinion.

IWLTS: you’re a knob for stealing my coat!

I’m at a caravan park and some dickhead has walked off with my jacket.

Did you get it back?

IWLTS FFS stop forgetting to charge me for things. :verm: Twice in one week. Bravissimo didn't charge me for a bra, and my refill place didn't charge me for a load of soap. I feel too guilty not to let them know but it means having to go back in and pay. :bomb:
