If you are buying it online make sure returns are free. I got a dress I liked after seeing someone wearing it on tv. The stitching was buggered at the zip on the hip and I decided I didn’t like it in the flesh. I had to pay to send it back signed for and was pissed off with a faulty item having to pay.

That is bloody annoying, Dic. I’ve talked myself out of it now, it’s a lovely dress but I’ve no need for it and have a mental blockage about wearing maxi length stuff a lot of the time.

I can't wear maxi dresses for some reason, but I really love a dowdy midi length.

I was very annoyed. It wasn't a cheap dress and it was poorly stitched and a big company so the no free return surprised me.
