If you buy the little ready done breads, they’re straightforward, you just poke a hole in, put in tamarind & chickpeas, then yoghurt then top with coriander & sev & pomegranate seeds. You could make the Puri, but I couldn’t. The ones I bought were a different brand and just tasted rancid.

I did vow to not cook this holiday but I accidentally bought a kilo of apricots at the market and saw these amazing fig leaves so baked them with some honey. It was so good!
