That looks lovely. I made a pan bagnat a couple of weeks ago. It was fucking delicious. I had mozzarella and roasted red peppers etc. in mine. The SAM said it 'needed workshopping' and suggested it needed pickles. :woteva:

To be fair, I fucking love pickles.
I would have put more oil and olives in mine if I do it again.

I make it a lot. It's so easy. Pretty much store cupboard/ freezer/ fridge drawer stuff.

It’s difficult to see this but it was a very delicious Jamie Oliver roasted radish, runner bean, courgette, cheesy ciabatta crouton tray bake.

The veg looks good!
This looks unappealing but is cacio e pepe orzo and a rocket salad. It’s delicious and I am home alone.

That looks very appealing
I didn't photo but I had a very satisifying roasted asparagus and bacon alfredo which was bloody amazing. Followed by a BFG cupcake. Half of one.

Good pastry!
We had some rhubarb in the fruit box so I made a crumble with the pears that also came.
The girls and P made cheeseburger dough balls - they’re stuffed with mini ‘burgers’ made with sausage meat, with cheese and red onion chutney. The non-vegans had theirs with dairy cheese and neither child had chutney.
And I made a lemon drizzle cake because there were spare lemons.

Re: Hey! Good lookin’!
There’s a glut of little tomatoes in the greenhouse here so I’ve dried some then put in jars with olive oil, and last night made a tomato, green pesto and onion tart for supper, which was delicious. I put it back in for a few more minutes after taking this so the cheese melted a bit more…
