It’s so easy too! (I used ready rolled puff pastry) Sliced leeks and cauli on top followed by cheese and cream. Easier than cauli cheese really.

Oh I certainly do! I've got the puff, cream and gruyere in already. I'll grab some leeks tomorrow. I want to do that lovely Jamie chickpea & leek soup too.
