Incorporating hobbies, computer games, Verm's Interesting Links and anything else you can think of excluding football and other spectator sports because these belong in the Sport section, but allowing sports you play yourself with your own body as that counts as a pastime.

The baby dress set is so pretty, Wendy!
It is lovely.
I am knitting the second of two jumpers - one for S and one for C to go with their Christmas presents. I found a stash of Noro, and wanted to use it on something nice. I already have a jumper in the colourway, so decided to do one each for them, and there may be enough left to do one for me if I can bear the idea of knitting the same thing three times. The upside is that they are sleeveless :))
It's this one, and my yarn is similar to the one in the picture.

Beautiful yarn Morgs and Wendy I love tiny baby clothes -that’s especially cute.
I’ve been busy making beaded brooches as gifts. Each bead is hand sewn on. These are for Al’s mum and step mum. The light wasn’t great when I took these. I need to lighten them a bit.

They are absolutely stunning, Kleio! Do you use a pattern or are you just making it up as you go along? Mightily impressive either way. Do they take forever?!
They’re made up. I sketch out patterns onto a pad then trace them onto dissolvable fabric. Then I use felt as a backing and sew each bead on with strong thread. It’s probably about 5 hours each.
Back them with something firm, put another layer of felt to hide the backing and add a brooch back.
My mum loves gonks so I’ve made her this one (and another for my sister). I’ve got a skull wearing a Santa hat for me and a Robin with a Santa hat which was my first and my least favourite.

I was given a brief for a 'big number' themed cushion for R's 3-year-old, Number Block-obsessed grandson. One side with numbers from 1 to one billion was suggested by his parents. But, remembering his earlier obsession with planets, I added (a slightly abridged version of) Monty Python's Galaxy Song to the other side.
We were allowed to give it a bit early, as A is still a little bit young to fully understand Christmas. He made us sing both the Galaxy Song and the numbers.
