I’m fully up to date on press ups and they’re getting quicker, if not easier.

Dance Step this morning. Next Sunday should be my last but as the owner of the gym is never there on Sundays, I might go along to a couple more before it all ends. He won’t know if I’m sneaking in and I doubt it’ll be a full class any time soon.

I haven't been at the gym for weeks, since my brother got taken into hospital. I was looking after his dog for the first few weeks so I didn't have much time to go to the gym, but my steps were good with walking dog face.

Back to the gym today though, it was busy which I was surprised about, as its a Monday. A lot of noisy dicks too, annoyingly.

I'll be sore tomorrow, I reckon.

I’ve done my last BodyPump at the gym now. It was quite sad. Also annoying, we finally don’t need tonnes of equipment (the new release doesn’t use a step) and I’m done! I also won’t get to try the new BodyBalance.

I’m keeping up with the press-ups too. Might do today’s now.

That's sad and annoying Pip in equal measure, do you know what's happening next?

PT completes this morning and considering how sore my legs are I managed a new PB deadlift - 11 reps at 100kg.

I did 20 press-ups and went to my official final class at the gym today (I’m going to quietly carry on a while).

Also went to kettlebells tonight and found it tough going.

I did something nasty to my little toe last week (suspect I fractured it) but I gave it a wee tester run last night and it was bearable.

I’ve also agreed to go with my work bestie on her long run this Sunday along the river in the city. It’s further than I planned but she does a slower pace than my usual one so it should balance out. I’m looking forward to that.

Class done - a good mix of results but I messed up my breathing so had to step away part way through the workout to reset myself.
