I'm not sure that photos at this time of night show the corner to its best advantage, but here it is. I haven't staged the area, so ignore the canvas that behind the chair (it's been taken down from its place in the sitting room and is awaiting a new home), and whatever else is in the way

The square base is less than 10cm across. It's a diddy little thing, but quite powerful. At this time of night it is very dark in there unless I put the 'big' light on, and that doesn't illuminate the pictures. The monkeys are from Malaysia and the little one is an artist's sketch of the Tyne Bridge. Oh, and the cross stitch thingy is a candle screen that I made whenI was pregnant with J, who is now 34
