April Fitness
A new month?
I snuck into Dance Step and it was a new routine that R badged as the campers thing we’ve ever done. And she wasn’t wrong. There were moves she called Charlie’s Angels and Belly Dancing hip hip! I laughed a lot.

That sounds like fun!
I did spin on Tuesday night, and also tonight. Tonight was the annoying fucker that I hate, Crotch Guy. He's an annoying twat.

I did 23.5km run with a friend this morning. We took it nice and easy and I am feeling the runner’s high now.

23.5km is a BIG run! Well done!
I went to the gym Saturday and Monday, and then spin last night. The spin studio was boiling, their air con is shit.

I snuck in to the gym again tonight. The owner was in reception though so I slipped in via another door.

Re: April Fitness
Just short of 11km this morning. I’d planned 13km but had to cut it short. Humidity was at 91% and I was dying.

Re: April Fitness
I am still trundling along with various 5k runs in the week but the training has stepped up significantly as of last weekend.
Did a trail half marathon around Bath and it was as brutal as it was beautiful, stunning scenery and savage hills. None of us have run run since
but will be going out this evening to get back at it.

Re: April Fitness
I really should get down there for a run, I love seeing your photos.
I'm doing the usual. I had a race on Sunday which was good but I'm still recovering from illness and constantly putting my back out last month. I need to lose a least a stone that I put on over Christmas/being ill.

I’ve just heard that Dance Step is officially ending at the end of the month. I’m so sad.
Live BodyPump and BodyBalance is also finishing so I’m not sure what I’ll do.

Oh, that’s sad. You seem to enjoy it so much.
6.75km today. It was way hotter out than I was expecting (28 degs).

Wee 10km trot last night. It was the best feeling run I’ve done in forever.
