Yes. I prefer to buy fair trade tea but haven't yet found a nice decaff.

Yorkshire is the only tea for me. I don't mind English Breakfast.

Don't you like the Clipper decaf, Lora? It's not as good as normal tea, but it's organic and fair trade and plastic free etc. etc.

Decaf tea is currently making me feel very sad. I think Yorkshire is the most passable one I’ve tried but it’s a pale imitation of real tea.

Decaff tea is rank. I've given up trying. They all taste like chemicals. I buy clipper organic as a preference

I've kind of just got used to decaff now after having it for so long. I've forgotten what the good stuff tastes like.

I drink Yorkshire tea decaf at home and it's lovely.

My cousin is something high up in marketing for PG Tips. I won't show him this thread.

I hate Clipper, we have it at work and its horrible. I've never tried the decaff one but I hate the regular one so much that I'm not keen to try it anyway.

I really hate Clipper as well. I'm pretty certain it's Typhoo (?sp?) in different clothing.

I too like Yorkshire tea the best (Gold if poss) but Aldi’s is pretty good too, it tastes slightly honey-ish. I’m slightly sad that I had my last bag of it this morning, from a container I’d forgotten about till a month or so ago. I do have plenty of normal and decaf Yorkshire though.

Also, Typhoo is horrible, PG Tips a bit better, and Tetley better than both.

Re: Roast Idiot
It's been PG since the beginning of time in my family. I don't really drink it anymore though. I reckon there'll be a north/south divide on this. At uni, I remember northerners being really disgusted by the lack of good tea bags and the terrible hard water in London as well.

Re: Roast Idiot
Quite possibly
Clipper has a very distinct taste; I can see why people wouldn't like it. Bert made me a cup recently after not drinking it for months and it was so earthy I thought she'd made me redbush for a minute. It's very different to Typhoo etc.

Re: Roast Idiot
I always think Clipper tastes really wishy washy. I haven't had it for millions of years though so maybe my memory is twisted.
